Etobicoke Painters for Commercial and House Painting Services

When looking for Etobicoke Painters, taking some time to pre-qualify your candidates could pay off later. A pleasant and “nightmare free” experience is absolutely possible by following some basic due diligence.

References, reviews and testimonials A reputable painting contractor has a number of references and would be happy to provide their contact information. Ecopainting has hundreds of reviews and signed testimonials, with contact information available for the asking. Note: online reviews are helpful but stay away from companies that have hundreds of reviews with almost a perfect rating. These ratings are not possible in the contracting world and are very likely doctored.

Insurance coverage. Always request documentation of liability insurance. We carry 5 million Liability Insurance. There is peace of mind in knowing that your property is fully protected. Insurance coverage is necessary for your home, not just for commercial painting projects.

WSIB Coverage Painters work in heights, lift heavy items and an injury is always a possibility. Ensure that the painters you hire have proper WSIB coverage. The customer can be liable for an injury if the contractor is not insured. The majority of painters competing for your business do not have proper coverage. Ask for proof of WSIB insurance for your peace of mind.

Does the painting company use subs? Most painting companies use sub-contractors. It is always a good idea to know who will be doing the actual painting. Ecopainting never uses subs. We have our own painters that are trained by us and have an interest in doing a great job. When you hire Ecopainting, you get our own employees working your property.

Note: we offer painting as far away as Markham and Pickering but now we have a location in Mississauga to service our west end customers.

Residential Painting in Etobicoke

There have been numerous condominium developments along the south of Etobicoke and especially along the Lakeshore. Our EtobicokePainters had a chance to paint some of these condo units and obtain many new customers. The builder’s paint will do its job for the first year or two but then it is time to decorate. Upgrading the paint and paint job makes a lot of sense.

“I love the new Painting job and I am very happy with it. I feel more comfortable in my place now, and it even seems larger. Thanks for everything. Yours sincerely.”

Commercial Painting

Our Etobicoke Painters have completed quite a few commercial painting projects. Whether office space in Mimico or buildings painted in New Toronto, we have been servicing the local industry. David N. of Canworld Foods, about his experience with our Commercial Painters in Etobicoke:

“The Painters were prompt and very efficient. The low odour paint was very key in a busy office environment. Courteous and professional painters and staff.

Some recent Etobicoke Commercial Painting Projects:

  • Sherway Gardens retail painting. One of the biggest Lululemon locations in the area is in this mall. We enjoyed painting this space and using their vibrant colours.
  • Humber College. This large institution on Lakeshore needed painting in their Food Service area. Our commercial painters in Etobicoke completed this project in the summer of 2012.
  • The Go Transit station in Long Branch needed it’s tunnels painted. This was a difficult project as we could only work late at night when there were no trains. Painting had to be completed every morning before passengers started arriving again. As a result, this project was completed in two weeks but the tunnels looked clean and bright!
