Whitby Painters with Commercial & Residential Services.
Ask to see the contractor’s credentials and references. Insurance and WSIB documentation, as well as safety certificates is a good start. Ask them about their company history and the projects they are most proud of. What about customer service and what processes will they use to keep you satisfied? Will there be a dedicated job manager to oversee your paint job? Who are their painters, are they on payroll or will they send subs to your home or business? It’s always prudent to ask for some references and their contact information. Take the time to call the references and ask them specifically about their customer experience.
After following these few steps you can rest easy that you have found your painter. Ecopainting is a GTA painting company and we look forward to providing you with our peace of mind service.
Commercial Painting Services in Whitby
With tight budgets, sometimes companies don’t consider painting the facilities as a priority. A fresh coat of paint can go a long way for rejuvenating the interior of a facility. A basic paint job will not cost a lot of money compared to the return of that investment. Rooms and common spaces will look fresh and bright. Employees are always happier when working in a clean and bright space. Customers and visitors have a great first impression after a fresh paint job. Ecopainting offers commercial and maintenance services to business in Whitby, Pickering and the Durham Region.
Painting of Whitby Medical X-Ray and Ultrasound Clinic
The clinic is located in Downtown Whitby at 220 Dundas Street West. We painted it for Ultraray, a company that among other things, builds medical and X-Ray clinics. Even though we work mostly for facility managers, we do have a few general contractor clients. We contracted for Ultraray a few times and every single time our painters love working for them. The Whitby project consisted of priming and painting all new drywall, the doors and door frames. Some walls in the common areas and medical rooms were wallpapered as accent walls. We painted the walls in Benjamin Moore neutral gray tones and the doors in a monochromatic accent. The job was completed successfully and as usual we look forward to our next project from Ultraray.
In 2011 we were contracted to paint their Whitby location. The project included prepping and painting their employee office and lounge areas as well as common space and stairways. Part of it was painting a long red stripe in the common areas and stairways.
Another customer in 2016 was the Whitby offices of the TDSB, located in the downtown Whitby area. This was a complete repaint of their office space, including walls and doors.
Residential Painting in Whitby
In November 2009, George and Angela asked us to paint their home in south Whitby (Coastview Court). It was a repainting project and we painted most of the interior. Here is their testimonial as written in our Job Completion form:
“Karon, George, Torrie and Joanne were fantastic. As described, all areas were prepped completely and received a minimum of three coats of paint. The work was completed in a clean manner and care was taken to protect our property, including the dog. In review I would ask Ecopainting to work for my family in the future and feel proud to recommend them to friends and family. Hats off to all, well done!! “
