Are you looking for commercial painters to service your business in Concord Ontario?
Whether you are managing a small office space or a big manufacturing plant, every few years you will need the services of commercial painters.
Small painting jobs, such as painting a washroom or touching up a corner, can be carried out by the in house maintenance staff. For bigger projects, such as full interior and exterior repaints, facility managers seek outside help and the services of commercial contractors. Ecopainting is a gta painting contractor, servicing the needs of the Vaughan business customer.
History and Information about the Commercial Neighbourhood of Concord
Concord was established in 1818 and was named after Concord Vermont by Hiram White who was born there. The Northern railway was built in 1853, connecting Toronto to Collingwood. The local stop was called the Thornhill Railway Station. A year later, the Concord Post Office was established and by 1875 there was a population of 600 (source). Most industry came here after the construction of Highway 400 and the Canadian National Railway bypass of Toronto. Currently there are many businesses and manufacturers operating and thriving in the area. The opening of the 407 highway in 1977 gave Concord some major highway access. As a result, some large local and international companies decided to locate here.
Healthy business communities attract a plethora of service contractors that market to them. Painters and other contractors see this as an opportunity for steady sales growth and possibly future expansion. Ecopainting is such a company and we have been servicing the Concord business community with interior and exterior painting.
Concord starts at Steeles Avenue to the south and goes north to Rutherford Road. It borders highway 400 to the west and Dufferin Street to the east.
Local Commercial Projects
Muir’s Cartage on Doney Crescent. This was a major location for the transport and logistics company. There were two separate buildings with warehouses, offices, employee areas and a dispatch centre. The walls and doors in both buildings were in need of cleaning, repairs and painting. What we found notable about this customer was the priority they placed on choosing the right colour. After consulting ther staff, they asked us to sample a few colours in an unused boardroom. A few days later, they made their colour selection and we started painting. This project lasted about a month and a half.
DIGI Canada is part of a global company, serving the food industry with a complete line of food equipment for over 25 years. We were contracted in 2018 to paint their Moyal Court location in Concord. The neutrals colour they chose for the walls was an immediate upgrade and a dark brown melamine was used on the doors and frames. The initial suggestion was to schedule the work during weekends but we ended up painting everything during business hours without seriously inconveniencing the office staff.
401 Games is a Canadian online retailer selling Board Games, trading cards and other hobby supplies. One of their retail locations is on Keele Street and Highway 7.
Ecopainting primed and painted the walls when the space was empty. They chose to go with a bright green colour since green is their corporate colour. The product we used was the Lifemaster line from Dulux. Lifemaster is an excellent, durable zero VOC (when untinted) paint. The green was fresh looking and very bright and we used three coats for proper hiding.
Fresh Selections by Pasta Kitchen. This manufacturer, located on Creditstone Rd, manufactures products for the home meal replacement market. You can find their products under the Fresh Selections label and they also supply for private food labels. Their manager was our client when working at a previous business in the food industry. When it was time to paint their office space in 2018, he called our company again. The project included the offices, meeting areas, hallways, as well as the vestibule and stairways.
Zion Lutheran Church. This historic church goes back over 200 years and was built by German settlers that came in Vaughan from Pennsylvania. Read more details about the Zion Lutheran Church painting job.
Other notable customers include Roteq Machinery Inc, N-2 Cryogenic and some on the York University campus.

Why You Should Consider Ecopainting as Your Commercial Painter in Concord.
For the last 20 plus years we have been a preferred painter in Vaughan. We love working in the Concord area because of the number of commercial facilities and the potential for growth in this sector. Painting for facility managers affords us the opportunity to plan our projects better. Facility managers specialize on managing the working environment of every user of a building. They love the predictability and peace of mind that Ecopainting promises and ultimately delivers. We apply durable paints, suitable for heavy duty use but we also care about our clients’ indoor air quality. It’s not always practical to work after business hours. As a result, keeping the construction dust to a minimum and using zero VOC paints is our priority.
Our proposals include the scope of work, details about any important issues discussed and of course specifications of paints and colours. For commercial use we suggest Ultraspec 500 from Benjamin Moore and Lifemaster from Dulux.
