Our painters have painted a number of offices and homes in North York. In the recent past, North York used to be promoted as an independent city. Its famous mayor at the time, Mel Lastman, used words like “cosmopolitan” and ‘world class” to describe it. In 1998, Scarborough, North York, East York and Etobicoke integrated and formed what is known as the ‘City of Toronto’. Despite the amalgamation, North York hasn’t lost its charm. The upscale housing, condos and office space still remain “world class”. Yonge Street north of Sheppard is as cosmopolitan as it gets.
Taking Care of the Residential Painting of North York
The population of North York is quite diverse. On one hand, you can find upscale neighbourhoods such as Bridle Path and Bayview Village. On the other hand, you notice the less affluent areas of Flemingdon Park or Jane & Finch. We have painted apartments and residential buildings in the less affluent areas of the GTA. While it takes weeks to paint a home in Bridle Path, a rental apartment can be painted in a few hours. To be successful in apartment painting a contractor needs to to paint many units and paint them fast. Not all painters can handle the demands of high production painting and prefer painting houses instead.
Prosperous residents of North York are very interested in the maintenance and upkeep of their homes. The painting contractors of such clients know that they have to provide a level of service that meets their high standards. Companies that do well are usually the ones that personalize their offerings and are able to do work that meets the approval of discerning clients.
According to Melina P, a residential customer from North York: “The service and quality were excellent. Karon spent time understanding my needs and delivered exactly what I had envisioned. The quality of the finished product is terrific and the work was done quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend the Ecopainting team”
“Sarah, Maria and the crew were amazing! They started early and cleaned up at the end of every day. This was not an easy job, as it involved a lot of patching and even wallpaper removal from the two bedrooms. Now that it is completed, it looks clean bright, even bigger. That should make our Real Estate agent happy. Looking forward to working with Ecopainting again for painting our new home. I recommended your team to our next door neighbour, you will be hearing from them soon”

Exterior Painting: A home may look stunning inside but it is the exterior that forms the ‘first impression’. If the outside is dull and ugly, people are quick to assume that the interior may not be that great. This becomes a problem when you’re planning to sell it! Fortunately, newer homes have maintenance free surfaces that don’t need as much upkeep. A brick home for example, has aluminum soffits and eavestroughs. But even a brick home has many surfaces that need maintenance. Windows, doors, gates, fences, decks, they all need painting. Both winter and summer play havoc with the exterior surfaces of buildings. On an average, homes in the area get painted every 7 years.
